Joe Franco

I met Joe at the 2007 IFPA Yorton Cup. I was competing in the amateur part of the show and Joe was impressing everyone in the auditorium with an extremely well balanced, lean physique. Excellent posing and great stage presence to go along with a fantastic physique, he placed 7th out of 15 competitors in the best lineup I have ever seen at an IFPA show.

Joe's one of those guys who just can't take a bad picture. He's a great competitor and is one of the best known trainers on the East coast.

Like Kareem Peteway, when he's not competing or training clients, he finds time to promote the OCB Mid Atlantic Natural Classic.

When asked "What advice would you give other bodybuilders?"

Be patient and it will come. As long as you improve from contest to contest, you are doing great.

Joe has been competing in body building contests for over 15 years. He married Maryann in 2001, and they have two great kids, Angelina and Anthony. One of his biggest hobbies is cooking, and with that, he loves to garden in the summer.
