James Carron

Here's one of the best bodybuilders in New England! Everyone already knows he's a great promoter and owner of Cape Cod Nutrition Corner, but he's also one of the best bodybuilders around. Perfect symmetry, fully muscled, hard and lean describe his physique best.

I was at the Judges table when James won his IFPA Pro card at the 2007 OCB Centaur event. He beat three future IFPA Pro bodybuilders in Steve Simms, Brian Cassidy and Brett Oteri.

Again, I was at the judges table In 2008 when he won the first ever "Champions Division" at the OCB Judgment Day event. He looked incredible!

Recently he took 9th out of 21 competitors at an extremely competitive IFPA Yorton Cup Pro International.

He's competed in many other shows over the years, and always has one of the finest physiques on stage at any event he competes in.

He's the busiest guy in the sport of bodybuilding. As a competitor, judge, promoter, sponsor, and supplement store owner... he's always around.

He's one of the nicest guys you will meet and is always the first one to offer his help a fellow competitor.

James was born and raised in Harwich, MA. He graduated from UMass Amherst with a Bachelor's degree in Health Fitness Management and Exercise Science and Nutrition. James is a certified personal trainer, an IFPA Pro bodybuilder and has been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Competing in, promoting, and judging several natural bodybuilding events, as well as helping people with diet, nutrition, and exercise is his life's work and passion. James knows every product in his store inside and out, and refuses to carry products that he feels are not quality.

He's married to another IFPA Pro, Katie Carron, and has two children, James and Alexis.
