Nicole Weeks

Nicole started training 10 years ago. She was a finalist in the EAS Body For Life Challenge. Day 1 was August 14th, 1999. She hasn't left the gym since.

Her first competition was in 2001, at the Women's Tri-Fitness World Challenge. Her first figure competition was the Texas Shredder in Austin TX back in 2004 where she got 2nd in the tall class. That's when she got bit by the bug.

Nicole got her first pro-card the following year with the WNBF in 2005. She left the WNBF in 2006 after Dave Goodin got suspended, and moved to the IFPA and the NGA. She is undefeated in the NGA, with wins at the 2006 American International, 2007 Nopi World's, 2007 Night of Champions, and 2009 Music City Night of Champions. In the IFPA she's working her way up from 6th at the 2006 Gaspari Pro, 5th at the 2007 Yorton Cup, 3rd at the 2009 Show Me Pro, and 4th at the Kansas City Pro International.

She most recently competed in the 2009 IFPA Yorton Cup Pro World Championships and placed 2nd in the Figure Open Tall class.

Just a few weeks before the Yorton Cup, she competed in the IFPA Dymatize Figure Pro Classic, placing 3rd out of 13 great competitors.

Nicole has not only become one of the top competitors in the IFPA, she has also been involved with the IFPA board where her responsibilities have included Chairperson of the OCB Awards Board.

She was recognized in 2009 for the Service Award which recognizes an individual who dedicated his/her time to the sport of natural physique development and went above and beyond the call of duty.

In addition to chairing the OCB Awards board, Nicole is also a judge, and for the first time in 2009... a new contest promoter within the OCB, promoting the OCB Southeast States Natural in Orlando, FL.

Nicole is also a frequent contributor in Fitness & Physique magazine.

She has already achieved so much in the sport, but yet, she still has goals she'd like to achieve. She'd love to win her first IFPA event, and make the cover of a fitness magazine. Both of those goals are well within reach of her talents.

Nicole owns V-Taper Designs & Figure Coaching...personal training, nutrition programs, and competition prep. She's in her last year of school for her degree in dietetics to become a licensed dietitian specializing in bodybuilding. She's been making suits for two years now. She loves bold elegant designs to bring out the stage diva in all of us tough girls at the gym. She looks forward to blinging out more competitors with her gorgeous designs!

You can see her website here

Nicole does as much for natural physique competition as anyone within the sport. She's involved with every aspect of the sport.

She's as fun to watch on stage as anyone I've ever seen, and carries a stage presence very rarely seen.

I look forward to seeing her advance her goals on stage and within the sport for a long time to come.
