Start time: 11:00 AM
Live Judged
Doors Open: 9:00 AM
The 2010 OCB Old Man on the
Mountain will be the first OCB event held in New Hampshire.
The OCB (Organization of Competitive Bodybuilders), an
amateur affiliate of the IFPA (International Fitness &
Physique Association), is one of the largest, best run
natural organizations in the country.
On May 29th... at Oyster River
High School, in Durham, NH... we plan on starting what will
ultimately be known as a great Spring natural event in New
Hampshire.
For those of you who don't know
me... I am a competitor, head judge, and promoter in the OCB
/ IFPA. I am also the creator of the Natural Bodybuilding
Competition Forum. In addition... my wife Shelly, and my
great friend and OCB competitor Jerry Marsella will join me
in promoting this years show.
We believe that any show which
doesn't put the competitor first... isn't a show worth
competing in. We will never promote a show that doesn't put
the competitors first.
New Hampshire is also known for its longtime
natural show... the NGA Granite State Open. Promoted
by Laura Tourtellot, the the 16th Annual GSO is slated for
October 30th this season, in Dover, NH. Check it out.
Drug Screening
We believe in using everything
at our disposal to promote a drug free show. The OCB
Old Man on the Mountain will be a drug tested event. A urine
screen will be given to all overall winners. We also reserve
the right to randomly test any competitor in the show.
All competitors are required to
take and pass a polygraph to enter the show. Anyone failing
a drug screen will be disqualified from the show, lose their
show placing, be banned from the show for life, and banned
by the OCB / IFPA, per the organizations guidelines.
While other organizations and
their promoters talk about running a NATURAL
bodybuilding event... we do it!
